Common use of Who May Respond Clause in Contracts

Who May Respond. The Department will evaluate proposals from Responsive and Responsible Vendors that have Prior Relevant Experience to meet the specifications of this RFP. The Department reserves the right to request additional information and/or clarification pertaining to the Respondent’s experience, ability, and qualifications to perform services described in this RFP, during the solicitation or after contract award. A Respondent who fails to provide the requested information and/or clarification or submits false or erroneous information may not be deemed Responsive and shall not be awarded a contract. If the Respondent’s Proposal is found to contain false and/or erroneous information after contract award, the contract may be terminated, and the Department may pursue any other legal action punishable by law.
