Common use of Welfare and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Welfare and Fringe Benefits. The Employee will be entitled to participate in the Company's welfare and fringe benefit plans, programs and policies generally available to other senior executives of the Company, on the same basis as such other senior executives. In addition, the Employee will be entitled to four (4) weeks vacation during each calendar year, which shall accrue if and to the extent unused. The Employee will be entitled to be reimbursed for all of his business-related expenses, including but not limited to telephone usage and business related travel expenses.
