Common use of Weekly Employment Clause in Contracts

Weekly Employment. Except as provided in sub-section 3.1.2, employment shall be by the week. An employee not specifically engaged as a casual shall be deemed to be employed by the week. During the first twelve (12) weeks of employment under this Agreement, weekly hired employees shall be engaged on a probationary basis.
