Wall Decorations. Except as expressly approved in writing by Landlord, no tenant shall m▇▇▇, drive nails, screw, or drill into any brick or masonry walls or in any way deface any building or any premises for any purpose whatsoever, except that tenant may drive nails or screws into sheetrock or plaster walls as necessary for supporting pictures, paintings, and other similar decorative items, provided that the weight thereof does not exceed fifteen (15)
Wall Decorations. Renter is not allowed to use nails, tacks, staples or any other items that will puncture the walls or paste or tape that will leave marks on the walls.
Wall Decorations. Artwork may not be removed at any time from clubhouse walls. No staples or nails may be used to attach party decorations (e.g., balloon, banners, streamers, etc.) to any part of the clubhouse. Tape may be used but must be removed when the premises is vacated.
