Waiver of Grievance. Failure at any step of this procedure to appeal a grievance to the next step within the specified time limits shall be deemed to be acceptance by the aggrieved of the decision rendered at that step.

Failure at any step by the administration or Board to meet specified timelines shall allow the grievant to proceed to the next step of the procedure. Notwithstanding the above, timelines contained in the Grievance Procedure may be extended, if done so in writing and by mutual agreement.
