Waiver of Exemption. Any constitutional or statutory exemption of Lessee of any property usually kept on the Leased Premises, from distress or forced sale, is waived.
Waiver of Exemption. Mortgagor waives all rights of exemption pertaining to real or personal property as to any indebtedness secured by or that may be secured by this Mortgage, and Mortgagor waives the benefit of any statute regulating the obtaining of a deficiency judgment or requiring that the value of the Mortgaged Property be set off against any part of the indebtedness secured hereby.

LESSEE hereby waives the right to claim any of their property as exempt from execution, distress warrant or attachment, or exempt by any law from the payment of debts, and all such property shall be held and considered subject to and responsible for the payment of the money agreed to be paid by LESSEE, and for the discharge of any liabilities created under this Lease.

Borrower waives all rights of exemption pertaining to real or personal property as to any indebtedness secured by or that may be secured by this Mortgage, and Borrower waives the benefit of any statute regulating the obtaining of a deficiency judgment or requiring that the value of the Mortgaged Property be set off against any part of the indebtedness secured hereby.
Waiver of Exemption. The Tenant hereby covenants and agrees with the Landlord in consideration of the premises and of the leasing and letting by the Landlord to the Tenant of the Leased Premises for the term hereby created (and it is upon that express understanding that these presents are entered into) that notwithstanding anything contained in Section 30 of Chapter Two Hundred and Thirty of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1980, or any other Statute which may hereafter be passed to take the place of the said Act or to amend the same, none of the goods or chattels of the said Tenant at any time during the continuance of the term hereby created on the Leased Premises shall be exempt from levy by distress for Rent in arrears by the Tenant as provided for by any Section or Sections of the said Act, or any amendment or amendments thereto, and that upon any claim being made for such exemption by the Tenant or on distress being made by the Landlord this covenant and agreement may be pleaded as an estoppel against the Tenant in any action brought to test the right to the levying upon any such goods as are named as exempted in said Section or Sections or amendments thereto, the Tenant waiving as the Tenant hereby does, all and every benefit that could or might have accrued to the Tenant under and by virtue of the said Section or Sections of the said Act or any amendment or amendments thereto but for this covenant.
Waiver of Exemption. As to Tenant's obligations hereunder, Tenant waives all rights of exemption under the Constitution and Laws of Alabama, or any other State, as to his personal property.
Waiver of Exemption. The Borrower hereby shall not waive its exemption right or the exemption right of its assets in any judicial district in any lawsuit or judicial process through cancellation.
Waiver of Exemption. Mortgagor hereby waives all rights of --------------------- exemption pertaining to real or personal property as to any indebtedness secured by or that may be secured by this Mortgage, and Mortgagor waives the benefit of any statute regulating, restricting or prohibiting the obtaining of a deficiency judgment by Lender against Mortgagor or requiring that the value of the Mortgaged Property be set off against any part of the indebtedness secured hereby, except as might be provided under Florida law in the event of foreclosure of this Mortgage.
