Judicial Process definition

Judicial Process means the process in which a student goes through the judicial system. This may include Judicial Board hearings, Conflict Resolution meetings, Educational Conferences, or Administrative Hearings. This does not include parking citations appeals procedures.
Judicial Process means any judgment, order, decree, injunction, subpoena or verdict issued or made in any Proceeding or by any Governmental Authority;

  • Party B further agrees that courts may serve judicial documents electronically via platforms such as the China Judicial Process Information Network or National Unified Service Platform, with the date of successful transmission displayed on such platforms deemed the service date.

  • Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and may be subject to financial and other sanctions through the Housing Judicial Process and/or University judiciary system, as well as the legal system if the community standard for guests is violated.

  • If the court serves instruments by electronic means as agreed above, the date of service indicated on China Judicial Process Information Online and National Court Unified Service Platform shall be regarded as the date of service; if the court serves instruments by electronic means, no paper version shall be needed to be served to Party B's contact address.

  • Official proceeding means any proceeding before a legislative, judicial, administrative, or other governmental agency or official authorized to take evidence under oath and includes any proceeding before a referee, hearing examiner, commissioner, notary, or other person taking testimony or a deposition in connection with an official proceeding.

  • Criminal proceeding means a proceeding instituted by means of the swearing of an information, the laying of a charge or the return of an indictment, before a Court of competent jurisdiction in Canada with jurisdiction to hear and determine the charges referred to therein, alleging or charging that the "Insured" has contravened the provisions of any Provincial or Federal statute, including the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985 ch.   • Judicial Branch Entity or “Judicial Branch Entities” means any California superior or appellate court, the Judicial Council of California, and the Habeas Corpus Resource Center.

  • Action or Proceeding means any action, suit, proceeding, arbitration or investigation by or before any Governmental Authority.
