Voluntary Resignation and Termination for Cause. If the Employee voluntarily resigns from the Company or is terminated for Cause following the Change of Control, then the Employee shall not be entitled to any acceleration of the vesting of his or her unvested options or lapse of repurchase rights with respect to his or her restricted stock.

Voluntary Resignation and Termination for Cause. If the Employee voluntarily resigns from the Company under circumstances which do not constitute an Involuntary Termination within two (2) months prior to a Change of Control or within twelve (12) months after a Change of Control , or is terminated for Cause, then the Employee shall not be entitled to any acceleration of the vesting of his or her unvested options or lapse of repurchase rights with respect to his or her restricted stock.
Voluntary Resignation and Termination for Cause. If the Executive's Date of Termination occurs during the Agreement Term under circumstances described in paragraph 4(c) (relating to the Executive's termination for Cause), or paragraph 4(e) (relating to the Executive's resignation), then, in addition to the amounts payable in accordance with paragraph 5(a), the portion of any stock option granted to the Executive that is not exercisable immediately prior to the Date of Termination shall expire, and the portion of any stock option granted to the Executive that is otherwise exercisable prior to the Date of Termination shall remain exercisable for 30 days after the Date of Termination, but in no event later than the date fixed for expiration of the option (determined without regard to the Executive's termination of employment).
