VEBA III Post Retirement Medical Plan. The District agrees to provide its employees the benefits of the VEBA III retirement medical plan in accordance with RCW 28A.400.210 and WAC 392.136. The Association shall notify the District of its intention to participate in VEBA III plan, annually, prior to December 31 of each year.
