Vacation Eligibility for Part time, Intermittent, Leave Without Pay or Reemployed Employees For an employee who has worked on a part-time or intermittent basis or who has been on leave of absence without pay for a total of six (6) months or more or who has been terminated and subsequently reemployed, the actual years of service with the City shall be used for the purpose of computing length of service in determining eligibility for vacation at the three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6) weeks' rate.

  • Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:

  • Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year. An employee is eligible for pay regardless of the length of University service, and such pay is in addition to any University payment for temporary military leave for active-duty training, extended military leave, and military leave for physical examinations.
