Common use of Vacation and Leaves of Absence Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Leaves of Absence. Executive shall be entitled to four weeks of paid vacation leave during each 12-month period and paid holidays in accordance with Employer's established policies. In addition to the foregoing, Executive may be granted leaves of absence with or without pay as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Board and Executive.
