VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS. A Whenever any vacancy in a Unit I position or other administrative positions occurs, it shall be published by the Superintendent of Schools by notice placed on a bulletin board in every school as far in advance of the appointment as possible. Qualifications for the position and its duties, specific period of appointment for the position, directions for applying and the first day for applying shall be set forth.
