Utility Labour Pool Employees may be employed during the period. from March 1 to December 15 in the calendar year. An employee in the Utility Labour Pool classification who has been on the payroll between the 1st day of March and the 15th day of December in any calendar year, if retained in the Company’s employment after the 15th day of December, shall be transferred to the regular seniority list and appointed to the regular staff, and the seniority of such employee shall be dated back to the date he/she first commenced to work for the Company in the year in which he/she qualifies.
