Our Community Pty Ltd will also retain that information after disclosure to the Agency and will maintain and use that information in accordance with the GiveNow Privacy Policy. Our Community Pty Ltd will not use this information other than as set out in this policy or as required by law or as consented to by the Agency.

User Details. The User represents that the User details, including all contact information, is updated, true and accurate at all times, and that Nord Pool shall not be obliged to perform any independent verification of any such information. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP.   • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees.
