Service Details. The details of the service that Company has agreed to take from HireMee are as follows ("Service"):
a. Company can search and contact candidates with relevant talents Directly from HireMee
b. Company will get a list of candidates matching input filter parameters, who can be contacted directly.
c. Company can use various filters of talents, location, education, experience, gender, etc. and find their target audience for any communication.
d. Company can use HireMee questions/content or provide its own question bank for assessments.
e. Company can use HireMee platform to conduct assessment at its selected campuses across India.
f. The company is entitled to receive the following package
1. Premium Database Access
2. Total 2000 profiles/CV Access
3. Total 3 Logins g. Additional logins will be provided with email request
h. Package will come with their predefined limits and their validity will remain same. They will either expire in terms of quantity or with validity.
i. Profile/CV Access beyond the initial 2000 will get released based on the opportunities/recruitments made by company using previous downloads from HireMee.
j. Profile access will include the following activities – CV views, CV downloads, Click2view.
k. Company can post any pre-placement talk / materials on HireMee portal.

The price, applicable taxes, and payment terms will be disclosed to you before you purchase these services, and such payment terms are part of the Agreement; o Basic Plan and Trial Period: Services may be available to You at no additional charge for a specific or defined time period, such as OnStar Basic Plan Services, or OnStar trial services (e.g., a data plan trial or OnStar safety and security services trial plans). Following that defined period of time (e.g., the five years of Basic Plan services) those Services will end unless we mutually agree to extend them;

2.2. Out of Scope. The items below are outside the scope of the TAM Offering: • Providing first line product support • Delivering professional services • Development of custom code • Upgrade, installation and configuration of Offerings or other products • The installation/configuration of hardware and/or operating systems • The installation/configuration of supporting network components • Development and execution of a formal test plans • Provision of any content for policy, procedural or operational documentation • Formal project reporting (although informal status reporting will be provided); • Remediation of the findings beyond use of the purchased EBYS hours • PKI and/or Crypto Governance consulting • Except as expressly stated herein, travel or any work on Customer’s premises
