Use of Employee Vehicle. When an employee agrees to a request to use his or her private vehicle for School Board business and if the vehicle is involved in a traffic accident which the police report the employee was not at fault, the Board shall pay to the employee the deductible portion of the employee's insurance claim to a maximum of $225.
