Committee Minutes. Each committee shall keep regular minutes of its meetings and report the same to the Board of Directors when required to do so by the Board of Directors.
Committee Minutes. Every committee meeting will be recorded in its official minutes, copies of which will be posted in each work place on a bulletin board with copies promptly forwarded to the employer, the Union, and ministry responsible for The Saskatchewan Employment Act. All committee minutes will be kept with other committee records and correspondence, and shall be available for inspection by any employee and the Union.
