E-mail is not private and use should be consistent with stated educational objectives. District officials have the right to access the system and mail at all times. Messages relating to or in support of illegal activities will be reported to the authorities. All messaging services utilizing any service or infrastructure of this network can and will be monitored for any harmful/ inappropriate material, illegal activities and/or any activity not in accordance with an educational purpose.

All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.
