Upon notification to the County by the Association nurses in the bargaining Unit who do not elect to pay dues as outlined above will, as a condition of continued employment, pay an agency fee. The amount of the agency fee shall not exceed the monthly dues that are payable by members of the Association. The amount of the fee shall automatically be deducted by the County from the wages of the employee and paid to the Association.

  • Notification to the Association The Hospital, with the nurse's consent, will inform the Association within three (3) days of any nurse who has been assaulted while performing her/his work. Such information shall be submitted, in writing, to the Association as soon as possible.

  • Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

  • Acceptance by the City It is expressly understood and agreed that all materials provided and/or work done by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the City at its discretion, and that any progress inspections and approval by the City of any item or work shall not forfeit the right of the City to require the correction of faulty workmanship or material at any time during the course of the work, although previously approved by oversight. Nothing herein contained shall relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for proper construction and maintenance of the work, materials and equipment required under the terms of this Contract until all work has been completed and accepted by the City.

  • Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.

  • Cancellation by the Association If (a) the right of the Borrower to make withdrawals from the Credit Account shall have been suspended with respect to any amount of the Credit for a continuous period of thirty days, or (b) at any time, the Association determines, after consultation with the Borrower, that an amount of the Credit will not be required to finance the Project’s costs to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit, or (c) at any time, the Association determines, with respect to any contract to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit, that corrupt or fraudulent practices were engaged in by representatives of the Borrower or of a beneficiary of the Credit during the procurement or the execution of such contract, without the Borrower having taken timely and appropriate action satisfactory to the Association to remedy the situation, and establishes the amount of expenditures in respect of such contract which would otherwise have been eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Credit, or (d) at any time, the Association determines that the procurement of any contract to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit is inconsistent with the procedures set forth or referred to in the Development Credit Agreement and establishes the amount of expenditures in respect of such contract which would otherwise have been eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Credit, or (e) after the Closing Date, an amount of the Credit shall remain unwithdrawn from the Credit Account, the Association may, by notice to the Borrower, terminate the right of the Borrower to make withdrawals with respect to such amount. Upon the giving of such notice, such amount of the Credit shall be canceled.”

  • Termination by the City 96.1. In addition to termination pursuant to any other article of this Contract, the Commissioner may, at any time, terminate this Contract by written notice to the Contractor. In the event of termination, the Contractor shall, upon receipt of such notice, unless otherwise directed by the Commissioner:

  • Information to the Association A. Upon prior notice, the Superintendent or designee will make available to the Association information that is available to permit the Association to bargain understandingly and administer this Agreement.

  • Release by the Contractor The acceptance by the Contractor of final payment shall release NYSERDA from all claims and liability that the Contractor, its representatives and assigns might otherwise have relating to this Agreement.

  • Termination for Convenience by The District The District may terminate this Agreement for convenience, for any reason or no reason at all, on fourteen (14) days advance written notice to Contractor. This advance written notice shall be deemed to have been given on the date the notice is sent by the District to the address for written notices provided below by hand delivery, U.S. Mail, commercial delivery service, such as Fed Ex or UPS, or fax. If this Agreement is so terminated, then the District shall only pay Contractor for goods and/or services provided by Contractor and accepted by the District up to, through, and including the date of termination. Following the termination of this Agreement under this Section, the parties’ duties to one another shall cease except for those obligations that shall survive the termination of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the District’s payment obligations for goods and/or services accepted by the District before the date of termination, and the Contractor’s duties to insure and/or indemnify the District and to cooperate with any audit. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not limit either of the parties’ remedies for any breach of this Agreement.

  • Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.
