Upfront Concession Fee. The Concessionaire has, in consideration of the grant of concession of the Project Site and the other rights granted hereunder, as a precondition to the execution of this Agreement, prior to the Execution Date, paid to the Concessioning Authority, the upfront Concession Fee of Rs. ( ), plus service tax thereon, if any, in one single installment in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of “The Director, Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal” on Bank, payable at Kolkata, West Bengal and the Concessioning Authority hereby acknowledges the receipt thereof.
