Common use of Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose. An employee (including casual employees) may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care and support to a member of a class of person set out within this clause who is ill. This will also include unpaid Carer’s Leave in accordance with the AFPC standard.

Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose. 26.2.1 An employee (including casual employees) may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take unpaid leave leave, for a reasonable period of time, for the purpose of providing care and support to a member of a class of person set out within this clause in 26.1.3 above who is ill. This will also include unpaid Carer’s Leave in accordance with the AFPC standard.

This will also include unpaid Carer’s Leave in accordance with the AFPC standardill or who requires care due to an unexpected emergency.

An employee (including casual employees) may elect, with the consent of the employerorganisation, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care and support to a member of a class of person set out within this clause in (i) (c) (2) above who is ill. This will also include unpaid Carer’s Leave in accordance with the AFPC standard.
