Common use of Unpaid Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Carer’s Leave. a) If an employee has exhausted their paid sick leave entitlement under Clause 28.2, he/she is entitled to take up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.

Unpaid Carer’s Leave. a) If an employee has exhausted their paid sick leave entitlement under Clause 28.230.2, he/she is entitled to take up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.

Unpaid Carer’s Leave. a) If an An employee who has exhausted their his or her paid sick leave entitlement under Clause 28.2, he/she 27.1 is entitled to take up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.
