Waiver of notice period. Where the employer or an employee gives notice of termination of employment, the parties may mutually agree to the employment ending before expiration of the period of notice, and in such cases wages shall be paid up to the time of the agreed termination.
Waiver of notice period. Each Lender that is a party to the Existing Credit Agreement hereby waives the notice requirement for termination of the commitments as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Existing Credit Agreement and each such Lender and the Company agrees that upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Existing Credit Agreement and all commitments hereunder shall be deemed terminated.
Waiver of notice period. The Bank may waive a period of notice required to be given by a Borrower under this agreement.
Waiver of notice period. The Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent waive the notice period requirement under Section 13.9 of the Credit Agreement requiring 20 days’ prior written notice to the Lenders and the Borrower of the Administrative Agent Resignation Notice.

Waiver of notice period. Notwithstanding Section 3(d) of the Employment Agreement, in exchange for the Company’s agreements in paragraph 2 of this Release, Executive hereby waives the sixty (60) day notice period described therein and agrees that his termination date shall be October 21, 2019 (the “Termination Date”).
Waiver of notice period. Upon receipt of the Participant’s notice of resignation and at any time during the Notice Period, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive the remainder of the Notice Period, in which case the Participant’s employment will be terminated upon receipt of written notice from the Company. Under such circumstances, the Company will not be obliged to provide the Participant with pay in lieu of notice and, in turn, the Participant will no longer be bound by the specific non-competition restriction under the Participant’s duty of loyalty outlined in Section 2(c). The Participant will continue to be bound by any post-employment non-competition, non-disclosure and non-solicitation restrictions in agreements the Participant entered into with the Company.
Waiver of notice period. If the Employ- ee tenders his or her resignation from the Employment Relationship effective after a stated notice period, the Company may in its discretion waive the notice period (orally or in writing), in which case the Employment Re- lationship will end immediately upon the waiver.
Waiver of notice period. Solely with respect to the Conversions, the Agents and the Lenders hereby waive the 30 day prior notice requirement under Section 4.15 of the U.S. Security Agreement and accept the notice provided in Section 8 hereof as sufficient prior notice of such Conversions.
Waiver of notice period. The Permanent Dealers may waive a period of notice required to be given by the Issuers under this agreement.
