Unless otherwise directed by the Secretary of State, the Franchisee shall. (a) fully and effectively engage with the Wavelength Programme; (b) subject to the relevant information being made available to the Franchisee via the Wavelength portal, provide to the Secretary of State by no later than seven (7) Weekdays following the end of each Reporting Period, a report setting out the results of the Wavelength Survey undertaken during that Reporting Period, such results to be presented in such aggregated or disaggregated format as the Secretary of State may specify from time to time; and
