Underground Stormwater Chamber Design. If the Client would like to provide underground stormwater treatment in lieu of surface ponding and/ or infiltration basins, Consultant can provide this additional level of design service as requested. The site will likely need more than one location to collect and treat stormwater, and the Client may choose to go with the underground stormwater system at one or more locations. The scope and fee for this effort is based on one system, but could be duplicated for more than one system if requested.  Sizing of an underground stormwater chamber system for site stormwater treatment.  Detail sheets showing the following: o Plan view of the system and its inlet and outlet pipes. o Details of the inlet and outlet control structures. o Cross-section views of the chamber system. Assumptions:  Survey work is completed already, and no additional is needed.  Architect will provide proposed elevations within the Amphitheater footprint (blue hatched area).  Architect will estimate the needed bedrock and/ or granite spoil pile removal within the Amphitheater footprint (blue hatched area).

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • No Process or Design Changes Supplier shall not make any process or design changes affecting Products or Services without DXC’s prior written consent.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Timber Designations Timber designated for cutting shall be confined to Sale Area, except as provided in B2.131, B2.14, B2.15, B2.32, and B5.1. Sale Area Map indicates subdivisions, if any, where Marking under B2.35 is to be done after timber sale advertisement, except for construction clearing under B2.32, minor changes under B2.37, and damaged timber. The boundaries of Clearcutting Units, Overstory Re- moval Units, and Understory Removal Units were plainly Marked on ground before timber sale advertisement and are shown on Sale Area Map. Boundary trees shall not be cut. The number of units and approximate acreage of timber designations are stated in A3.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
