Unauthorized and Unreported Absences. All unauthorized and unreported absences shall be considered absence without leave and deduction of pay for the employee shall be made for the period of absence. Such absences, if habitual or over three (3) successive workdays, may be made the grounds for disciplinary action by the Director of Human Resources upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor.
