Transmission Customer Obligations. Unless otherwise agreed, the Transmission Customer shall be responsible for installing and maintaining compatible metering and communications equipment to accurately account for the Capacity and Energy being transmitted under Part 3 of this Tariff and to communicate the information to the Transmission Owner and the ISO. Such equipment shall remain the property of the Transmission Customer.

Transmission Customer Obligations. Unless otherwise agreed, the Transmission Customer shall be responsible for installing and maintaining compatible metering equipment to accurately account for the capacity and energy being transmitted under Part II herein and to communicate the information to the Transmission Provider. Such metering equipment shall remain the property of the Transmission Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for security reasons, when access to the Transmission Provider's system is required for installation or maintenance of such equipment or for any other reason, such installation, maintenance or access shall be made by the Transmission Provider only, at the Transmission Customer's expense. Furthermore, the Transmission Provider may offer the Transmission Customer full metering services when metering equipment must be installed on the Transmission Provider's system.
