Transfers for Modernization Work. In the event modernization work is to be undertaken involving the leased premises, LHA shall give written notice about the work and offer to transfer Xxxxxx’s household to another unit of appropriate unit size upon availability. Upon notice of availability of such a unit, Tenant shall have thirty (30) days within which sign a lease for and to move to the other unit. Following expiration of thirty (30) days from the notice of availability, Tenant shall vacate the leased premises.
