Training Wage Increments. Framer*25 day evaluation; @ 75 days – 50% ; 150 days – 100%. *The first 75 days of training will be paid at the employee’s existing rate; at 75 days the employee progresses to the 50% Rate (between Tool Operator Rate and Framer Rate – per Appendix A – FRTR Rate) All other posted positions will have weekly evaluations during the training period, with final evaluation at 30 days. Upon acceptable completion of 30 day training period the employee will receive the posted wage rate for that position. If final evaluation is not successful, an employee will be provided additional training up to 30 days, at their existing rate. Training Wage Increments – Does not apply to the Rig Mat Plant, Xxxxxx location.
