In order to gain experience for advancement, he may be required to work alone or under direct supervision on jobs for which he has been trained and instructed. CLASSIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONS. Class I (a) Managers— Service Station employees who select, supervise and/or train employees, maintain stations and automotive records, recommend promo­ tions or disciplinary action, including dis­ charge.— In multiple unit operations, one who supervises four (4) or more em­ ployees (regular or extra), (owner, oper­ ators or lessee may qualify if actually working at station).
CLASSIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONS. Swamper Physically fit, punctual, takes direction well, learns quickly, clean and neat appearance, communicates well with other employees and customers. Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts. It is agreed that Company will review the Employee’s progress and the Employee will be advised in writing of progress at three hundred and twenty five (325) hours. The Employee shall not be held back due to the Company’s failure to complete the review process in the required time. It is agreed that Company will review the Employee’s progress and the Employee will be advised in writing of progress at April to March Collective Agreement between Xxxxxx Transportation and CAW Locals I4050 seven hundred and fifty (750) hours. The Employee shall not be held back due to the Company's failure to complete the review process in the required time.
