Training Salary. 26.10.1 A training salary shall apply to a new pilot from the date of engagement for a period of 3 months, or successful check to line, whichever comes first. The amount payable to the pilot shall equal 75 percent of the first year increment in the applicable salary group and as set out in Table 1 of Annexure A of this agreement
Training Salary a) The hourly wage for training, continuing education, prevention, some maintenance work, storage of equipment outside emergency calls or other similar work is established according to the salary grid in force. b) Part-time firefighters will be paid for time spent in Employer-imposed training and not paid for non-imposed training. c) All part-time firefighters will have the opportunity to participate in courses offered according to their respective responsibilities, duties and seniority within the Fire Department established under Section 9.01 a) of this Collective Agreement. d) The Employer will contribute $350 per year to a training fund for the duration of the contract. This contribution will be remitted to the Union with the payment in December, at the same time as the remittance of union deductions. At the request of the Employer, the Union will provide a report on the use of this contribution. e) A continuous education schedule of approximately fifty (50) to fifty-five (55) hours of practice will be prepared each year. On or about December 1 of each year, the Employer will post a practice schedule for the next calendar year. This schedule will include topics that will be covered as part of the practice. However, the Chief of the Fire Department reserves the right to change the schedule as needed for budgetary or other reasons.
Training Salary. A staff member joining the Company under the terms of this Agreement will be paid a rate equivalent to 85% of the annual rate under the appropriate scale during the first three months of service.
Training Salary. 23.5.1 The training salary specified in clause 23.1 shall apply to a new employee from the date of engagement to the end of three months or successful check to line whichever comes first. 23.5.2 The training salary in clause 23.5.1 above shall not apply to pilots who obtain a Dash 8 endorsement prior to employment by the Company.

  • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.

  • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees. Premium overtime pay is defined as any compensation paid to an individual in addition to the employee’s normal rate of pay for hours worked in excess of normal working hours. 2. Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Base Salary Executive will be paid an annual base salary, during the Term, in the amount set forth in Addendum A, as may be increased or decreased by Employer from time to time (“Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be payable by Employer in regular installments in accordance with Employer’s general payroll practices (in effect from time to time). All amounts payable to Executive as compensation hereunder shall be subject to all required and customary withholding by Employer.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.
