Tower Operator Lender Protections. If T-Mobile Lessors are given written notice from Tower Operator specifying the name and address of the Tower Operator Lender, or its servicing agent and the applicable title of an officer or other responsible individual charged with processing notices of the type required under this Section 21, then the following provisions shall apply with respect to such Tower Operator Lender for so long as any Mortgage granted by Tower Operator to such Tower Operator Lender shall remain unsatisfied of record:
