Maximum extent practicable means the highest level of performance that is achievable but is not equivalent to a performance standard identified in this ordinance as determined in accordance with S. 055 of this ordinance.
reasonably practicable means practicable having regard to-
best practicable environmental option means the option that provides the most benefit or causes the least damage to the environment as a whole, at a cost acceptable to society, in the long term as well as in the short term;
Best management practice or "BMP" means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, including both structural and nonstructural practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of surface waters and groundwater systems from the impacts of land-disturbing activities.
Practicable means available and capable of being done after taking into consideration cost, existing technology, and logistics in light of overall project purposes.
Best Management Practices (BMPs means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the state. BMPs also include treatment requirements, operating procedures, and practices to control site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, or drainage from raw material storage.
Date of Practical Completion means the date certified in the QBCC Form 7 - Certificate of Practical Completion in accordance with Condition 28.

Hold Harmless All parties hereby covenant and agree to: (1) indemnify and hold Holder harmless from and against all claims, injuries, suits and damages arising out of the performance by Holder of its duties; (2) not to xxx Xxxxxx for any decision of Holder to disburse xxxxxxx money in accordance with this Agreement.
