To request a Swingline Loan the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (confirmed by telecopy), not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the day of a proposed Swingline Loan. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and amount of the requested Swingline Loan. The Administrative Agent will promptly advise the Swingline Lender of any such notice received from the Borrower. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit account of the Borrower with the Swingline Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.
To request a Swingline Loan the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent and the Swingline Lender of such request by telephone (confirmed in writing) or by facsimile or electronic communication, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Swingline Lender (confirmed by telephone), not later than 1:00 p.m., New York time, on the day of such proposed Swingline Loan. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day), the amount of the requested Swingline Loan and (x) if the funds are not to be credited to a general deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Swingline Lender because the Borrower is unable to maintain a general deposit account with the Swingline Lender under applicable Requirements of Law, the location and number of the Borrower’s account to which funds are to be disbursed, which shall comply with Section 2.07, or (y) in the case of any Swingline Loan requested to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), the identity of the Issuing Bank that made such LC Disbursement. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit accounts of the Borrower maintained with the Swingline Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the applicable Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.

Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day), and amount of the requested Swingline Loan. The Administrative Agent will promptly advise the Swingline Lender of any such notice received from the Borrower. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a wire transfer sent to an account specified by the Borrower by 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.
To request a Swingline Loan the Borrower shall notify the DIP Agent of such request by telephone (confirmed by facsimile), not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on the day of a proposed Swingline Loan. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the (i) requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and (ii) amount of the requested Swingline Loan. The DIP Agent will promptly advise the Swingline Lender of any such notice received from the Borrower. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit account of the Borrower with the Swingline Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.

To request a Swingline Loan the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (confirmed by telecopy or e-mail transmission), not later than 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the proposed date of borrowing. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and amount of the requested Swingline Loan. The Administrative Agent shall promptly advise the Swingline Lender of any such notice received from the Borrower. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the Borrower's general deposit account with the Swingline Lender (or, if such Swingline Loan is made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the LC Issuing Bank) by 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan. Each Swingline Loan shall bear interest at the rate specified in Section 2.13(c).
To request a Swingline Loan the Borrower shall notify the Swingline Lender of such request by telephone (confirmed by telecopy) not later than 12:00 noon, Dallas, Texas time, on the day of a proposed Swingline Loan. The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit account of the Borrower with the Swingline Lender or by wire transfer, automated clearing house debit or interbank transfer to such other account, accounts or Persons as may be designated from time to time by the Borrower (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.06(e), by remittance to the Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., Dallas, Texas time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.

The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to a deposit account designated by the Borrower and maintained with a Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the Issuing Bank) by 2:30 p.m., Cleveland time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.
