Timely Request for Selection as Order 1000 Project. Not later than 60 days after the issuance of the final Study Team report including the plan of service to address a Need(s), an Order 1000 Sponsor of a Proposed Project that is in such plan of service may request Order 1000 Cost Allocation for such Proposed Project; provided that with respect to a Proposed Single System Project, such Project’s Order 1000 Sponsor must request Order 1000 Cost Allocation at the time such sponsor requests a Study Team for Project development in accordance with section 7.3 of this Appendix A. Any request for an Order 1000 Cost Allocation shall be submitted in writing to ColumbiaGrid. ColumbiaGrid shall post all such requests on its Website, and distribute copies of such requests to all Planning Parties and participants in the Study Team for the Proposed Project for which Order 1000 Cost Allocation has been requested. Any request submitted after the applicable foregoing deadline is not timely and will not result in consideration of a Proposed Project for selection as an Order 1000 Project for the plan then under development.

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • Sole Source as Grounds for Rejection of a Change Order If a Change Order is submitted to Contractor for the purposes of adding a Bulletin to this Contract and said Bulletin designates a Sole Source from which Contractor is required to procure goods or services necessary to perform the Work, which Sole Source has not been designated previously, Contractor shall be entitled to reject the proposed Change Order if the designated Sole Source refuses to provide to Contractor the warranties, bonds, terms or schedule required under the Contract Documents, including any warranty or terms or schedule required by Bulletins referenced in the proposed Change Order. In such event, Contractor shall give written notice to the Owner rejecting the proposed Change Order and, if possible, shall accompany said written notice with a proposal from Contractor for changes or modifications to the Bulletin so as to eliminate the Sole Source designation but to achieve goods or services equal in quality or function. The Owner may then require the Design Professional to revise the subject Bulletin so as to eliminate the designation of the Sole Source by incorporation of Contractor's proposal or otherwise. Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP Following the JOA and purchase order issuance, the County will issue a Notice to Proceed (NTP) that will provide the construction start date, the Work duration period, and the Substantial Completion date. The Contractor agrees to begin and complete construction within the dates specified on the NTP. The County must approve all extensions of time in writing. The County may also issue an Emergency Notice to Proceed (NTP). In the event the County requires the Contractor to respond to an immediate request for work, a Job Order will be created and an Emergency NTP will be issued. The Contractor will be required to perform the Scope of Work included with the Emergency NTP as directed by the County’s Project Manager or designee. The Detailed Scope of Work, Quotation, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non Pre-priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.

  • NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS By the signature below, the City Controller certifies that, upon the request of the Director, the supplemental sum set out below has been allocated for the purposes of the Agreement out of funds appropriated for this purpose by the City Council of the City of Houston.   • Criteria for Selection a. The Sabbatical Selection Committee shall use four (4) criteria for selection of academic employees to receive sabbaticals. These are: the merit of the sabbatical project, the applicant’s current and previous contributions to the College community, the proposal’s relevancy to the College’s Strategic Plan and whether or not the applicant has had a previous sabbatical. In instances where these criteria are equal, seniority shall be the determining factor.
