Time Rate of. The regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in Wage Schedule A of the Collective Agreement. I e--@ Progression on the Grid clause is to Dart-time "Effective October employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage on the basis of one year for each hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to October will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the wage grid under the Agreement expiring September and thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article."

  • Alternate Rate of Interest If prior to the commencement of any Interest Period for a Eurodollar Borrowing:

  • Base Rate The higher of (a) the annual rate of interest announced from time to time by BKB at its head office in Boston, Massachusetts, as its "base rate" and (b) one-half of one percent (1/2%) above the Federal Funds Effective Rate. For the purposes of this definition, "Federal Funds Effective Rate" shall mean for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by the Agent from three funds brokers of recognized standing selected by the Agent.

  • Alternate Rate of Interest; Illegality (a) If prior to the commencement of any Interest Period for a Eurodollar Borrowing:

  • Prime Rate Borrower may prepay principal on any portion of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to the Prime Rate at any time, in any amount and without penalty.

  • Normal rate of interest Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the rate of interest on the Loan in respect of an Interest Period shall be the aggregate of the Margin and LIBOR for that Interest Period.

  • Negotiation of alternative rate of interest If the Agent’s notice under Clause 5.8 is served after the Loan is made, the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders or (as the case may be) the Affected Lender shall use reasonable endeavours to agree, within the 30 days after the date on which the Agent serves its notice under Clause 5.8 (the “Negotiation Period”), an alternative interest rate or (as the case may be) an alternative basis for the Lenders or (as the case may be) the Affected Lender to fund or continue to fund their or its Contribution during the Interest Period concerned.

  • Base Rate Option A fluctuating rate per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed) equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin, such interest rate to change automatically from time to time effective as of the effective date of each change in the Base Rate; or

  • Limit on Rate of Interest (a) No Payment shall exceed Lawful Rate.   • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Rate of Interest The Rate of Interest payable from time to time in respect of Floating Rate Notes will be determined in the manner specified in the applicable Final Terms.
