Time Limit to Grieve. (a) An unsuccessful candidate for a posted vacancy who wishes to grieve the appointment must do so within seven days of receiving notification as per Clause 8.7 of the announcement of the appointment. The grievance shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
