Examples of Third Party Only in a sentence

  • Endorsement 3(p): Third Party Only Insurance (please see pages 2 - “What is Covered?”) The cover that You have chosen for Your Car is limited to ‘Third Party’ insurance only.

  • The cover provided by this Policy shall be restricted to Third Party Only in respect of any claim arising where You or any other person entitled to be covered under this Policy is convicted or has a conviction pending whilst being under the influence of drink or drugs whilst driving.

  • Some cover sections or parts of cover sections are not applicable to Third Party Fire & Theft and Third Party Only insurance.

  • We will not cover any payments that are awarded by a court in a country outside of the United Kingdom unless your cover has been extended to that country under section 12 of this insurance.T If your vehicle has been deemed a Total Loss and you have opted to retain the salvage, the cover provided by this policy (if we allow it to continue) will thereafter be limited to Third Party Only and only sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 12 and 14 will apply.

  • Endorsement 3(p): Third Party Only Insurance (please see page 2 - “What is Covered?”) The cover that You have chosen for Your Motorcycle is limited to ‘Third Party’ insurance only.

  • If the cover shown in your schedule is: • Comprehensive: All parts of this policy apply; • Third Party Fire and Theft: Part 1 applies when it relates to loss ordamage resulting from fire or your vehicle being stolen or taken without your permission, and Parts 2, 6 and 7 apply; • Third Party Only: Parts 2, 6 and 7 only apply.

  • Section 6 Guidance notesWhere we settle a claim under option b, cover will be limited to Third Party Only thereafter.Please refer to General Condition T.

  • Third Party Only cover.The type of cover that applies to the vehicle will be shown in the schedule.

  • If that is your intention then ask the car owner to get you added onto their insurance policy.You must bear in mind that you are only covered for Third Party Only benefits under this section of the policy which means that if the car is damaged or stolen we will not pay the cost to repair or replace it.

  • We may at Our option reduce cover to Third Party Only, which means Damage to Your vehicle will not be covered.Information relating to Your insurance policy will be added to the Motor Insurance Database (“MID”) managed by the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (“MIB”).

Related to Third Party Only

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Third Party Infringement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Third Party Offer has the meaning set out in Section 6.4;

  • Third Party Infringement Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.

  • Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third Party means any Person other than a Party or an Affiliate of a Party.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means any person, firm or company which carries out the reproduction of Work and/or manufactures and/or prints the Licensed Publication on behalf of the Licensee;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Third Party Royalties means royalties payable by either Party to a Third Party in connection with the manufacture, use or sale of Franchise Products.

  • Third Party Rights means the Intellectual Property of any third party;

  • Third Party Owner means any person who is the legal or beneficial owner (including a Lessor) of any Assets used or occupied by, or in the possession of the Deed Company as at the Appointment Date. 1.2 Interpretation In the Deed, unless a contrary indication appears or the context otherwise requires:

  • Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Software, as applicable and attached as Exhibit D.

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

  • Third Party IP Claim has the meaning given to it in clause E8.7 (Intellectual Property Rights).
