You acknowledge that access to and use of the BBI Software, Websites and Content and information contained therein, may be subject to restrictions imposed by third parties, including without limitation information suppliers, and that BBI’s agreements with such third parties may require BBI to deny or otherwise restrict Your access to certain information. Restrictions may also be imposed as a matter of law or regulatory requirements. You agree to comply with all such restrictions for which BBI provides notice online or otherwise. IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY BBI’s THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS, THE THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY. Further, You agree to respect and comply with all copyright notices applicable to the databases and other services. RELEASES, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION
Third Party Conditions. The Third-Party Conditions of the Purchaser Parties related to the Acquired Companies that are set forth on Schedule 8.2(d) shall have been obtained and shall be in effect.

User acknowledges that access to and use of the Network may be subject to restrictions imposed by third parties, including without limitation Information suppliers, and that PROVIDER's agreements with such third parties may require PROVIDER to deny or otherwise restrict User's access to certain Information available through the Network. User agrees to comply with all such restrictions of which User receives notice, including those in paragraph 13 herein, whether such notice is provided in writing or given online, and such restrictions are incorporated herein by reference. Third Party Conditions. 11.1 The Customer shall comply with the Third-Party Conditions and shall indemnify and hold Pinnacle harmless against any loss or damage which it may suffer or incur as a result of the Customer's breach of such terms howsoever arising.
