The Superintendent of Education. Employee Relations may at any time require an Occasional Teacher to submit for an examination by such medical practitioner appointed by the Board at the Board's expense, provided that the Occasional Teacher may choose a medical practitioner to be present at the examination. Upon request, an Occasional Teacher should be given a copy of the certificate submitted in accordance with the above.
