THE RESULT. The Etobicoke General Hospital will soon open a Class A, LEED Gold medical office building that will more than double the existing square footage of the current facility in order to meet the hospital’s growing needs and provide world-class medical care to the surrounding community. The building will connect to the Etobicoke General Hospital’s newly constructed and expanded patient tower via a covered pedway. Construction began in June 2016, reached Substantial Completion in November 2017. Tenant fit outs are underway.

THE RESULT.  Cross-purchase agreements generally provide that each surviving owner’s interest in the business remains the same in relation to the other owners. If the relationships are unequal, they will remain un- equal after the death. Example: Ash owns 60 percent, Birch owns 30 percent and Cedar owns 10 percent of their company. If Cedar dies, Ash’s interest is still twice that of Birch. With Cedar’s 10 January 8, 2013  CROSS-PURCHASE BUY-SELL AGREEMENT percent interest divided pro-rata between the two survivors, Ash’s ownership grows from 60 to 66 2/3 percent, and Birch’s from 30 to 33 1/3 percent.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Opportunity to Remedy If the LHIN considers that it is appropriate to allow the HSP an opportunity to remedy a breach of this Agreement, the LHIN may give the HSP an opportunity to remedy the breach by giving the HSP Notice of the particulars of the breach and of the period of time within which the HSP is required to remedy the breach. The Notice will also advise the HSP that the LHIN will terminate this Agreement:
