THE LANDLORD'S OBLIGATIONS. The Landlord agrees with the Tenant: That the Tenant may quietly possess and enjoy the Property during the tenancy without any interruption from the Landlord or any person claiming under or in trust for the Landlord. To return to the Tenant any Rent payable for any period during which the Property has been made uninhabitable provided the Property has not been made uninhabitable by the wilful destruction or negligence of the Tenant.
