Terminated Employees. Employees who are discharged or who terminate their employment shall be entitled to pro-rated vacation pay earned and computed in accordance with Section 15.2 above. Provided, however, employees voluntarily terminating employment must first notify the Employer one (1) week prior to such termination in order to be eligible to receive such pro-rated vacation pay.
