Common use of Terminated Employees Clause in Contracts

Terminated Employees. Employees who are discharged or who terminate their employment shall be entitled to pro-rated vacation pay earned and computed in accordance with Section 15.2 above. Provided, however, employees voluntarily terminating employment must first notify the Employer one (1) week prior to such termination in order to be eligible to receive such pro-rated vacation pay.

Terminated Employees. Employees who are discharged or who terminate their employment by the Employer for any reason shall be entitled to pro-rated all unpaid vacation pay earned and computed benefits they have accrued. Such vacation benefits shall be calculated in accordance with Section 15.2 section 15.1 above. Provided, howeverHowever, employees voluntarily terminating employment must first notify the Employer one (1) week prior to such termination in order or forfeit up to be eligible to receive such three (3) days of pro-rated vacation pay. Employees shall receive their vacation pay immediately upon severance of employment.
