Employees will not supply tools listed in The employee will supply to the Employer at the time of employment a list of personal tools as mentioned in Article It will be the responsibility of the employee to keep the list up to date for the purpose of replacement as outlined in Article Those tools supplied by the Employer will be maintained by the Employer. TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. 8.6.1 The District agrees to provide tools, equipment and supplies necessary for unit members to perform employment duties (including hair nets, aprons, gloves, personal tools, etc.). If a particular job would result in damage or destruction of personal clothing of bargaining unit members, the District shall provide coveralls and/or protective clothing. TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. 32.1 Policy Mechanics are expected to provide a "basic mechanic's hand set" of tools necessary to satisfactorily perform their work. The parties agree that the term "basic mechanic's hand set" is a term of art within the mechanic craft that defines the minimum tools required to perform successfully as a mechanic. If the Employer finds that employees are not providing adequate tools within the meaning of this term of art, the Employer and the Union will enter into negotiations to establish a minimum tool list. The Employer will also provide a tool allowance for mechanics to compensate the replacement of tools, including tool boxes, in the following circumstances: loss, disappearance, breakage without warranty, wear and tear, obsolescence, and/or innovation in design.

TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. 13.01 Employees shall supply their own tools as set out in Schedule “B” of this Agreement. Employees who show up at jobsites without the required tools will be sent off the jobsite without pay by the Employer in order to retrieve them.

TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. Employees who are required by the Employer, in writing, to furnish their own tools will receive a tool allowance of forty dollars ($40.00) per pay period. The Borough will furnish uniforms to all employees who are required by the Employer to wear uniforms or part of a uniform, including cold weather boots and gear (hats, gloves, underclothes, etc.). The Borough will also furnish all employer required safety clothing and supplies. Uniforms, safety clothing and supplies issued by the Employer remain the property of the Employer and shall be used only in the course of said employment. Employees shall return all issued items to the Employer at the termination of employment, or reimburse the Employer for the replacement cost of such issued items.
