Common use of Term and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2019, except as otherwise specified herein. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2017, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2019.
