Common use of Term and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Term and Reopening Negotiations. The provisions of this Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2015 and shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2019. If either party desires to re-negotiate or amend the Agreement, written notice of such intent to the other party shall be made at least ninety (90) calendar days and not more than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days before the expiration of this Agreement. During its term, this Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in written and signed amendment of this Agreement.
