TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. A. The period of performance shall be from May 26, 2017 or upon DGS Approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018.
TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. 1. This Agreement is concluded for a definite term, namely for the period of implementation of the Promotion, which will take place in the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026.
TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Agreement shall commence immediately upon execution of the first Addendum hereto, and, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 5 below or by mutual written agreement between the Parties, shall continue in full force and effect thereafter until satisfactory completion of the services provided for in this Agreement and all Addendums hereto is achieved.

TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Agreement’s period of performance runs from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, unless otherwise terminated (Term). Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement and all its terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect until all deliverables are completed or otherwise terminated, and this Agreement is terminated and/or completed.

TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The term of this Agreement for hardware, software, and all other service with the exception of Maintenance shall begin May 13, 1999 and shall continue through May 12, 2002 unless sooner terminated or extended as hereinafter provided. The term of this Agreement for warranty and maintenance period shall commence upon Functional Acceptance of the system and shall continue for a period of 10 years.
TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The term of this Agreement is October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000, unless amended in writing by mutual agreement of the parties. The period of performance for Task Orders issued under this Agreement will be as defined in the Task Order. Seller is not obligated to continue work or provide services and Buyer is not obligated to compensate Seller for expenses incurred or commitments made before or after these dates.
TERM AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Agreement shall commence on the date as indicated on the first Schedule attached to this Agreement and, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section __ below, shall continue in full force and effect thereafter until satisfactory completion of the Services provided for in this Agreement and in all Schedules is achieved, based on the Acceptance Criteria set forth in attached Schedules.
