First Addendum definition

First Addendum means the first addendum executed on October 28, 2012 by the Company,
First Addendum means the First Addendum to The Term and Revolving Credit Facilities Agreement concluded between the Parties on or about 13 March 2014;
First Addendum or "this First Addendum" when used in relation to this First Addendum).

More Definitions of First Addendum
