Continue Work Sample Clauses
The "Continue Work" clause requires a contractor or service provider to proceed with their duties under a contract, even if there are disputes or unresolved issues between the parties. In practice, this means that work must not be halted or delayed due to disagreements, such as payment disputes or change order negotiations, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the client or an authorized party. This clause ensures that project progress is maintained and helps prevent costly delays, thereby protecting the interests of both parties by keeping the work on schedule while disputes are resolved separately.
