TEN-DAY CURE. An express exception to all other proceduresstated herein is that the non- extendable cure period for the following breachesis ten days from notice: (i) failure to timely pay Owner's obligations toOwner's Players, landlords, suppliers, taxing authorities, insurers, and WPHLI;and (ii) breach of any other agreement between Owner and WPHLI or any AffiliatedEntity.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

  • Settlement Period (a) For recording time worked, there shall be a settlement period of four weeks.

  • Evening Shift Differential A shift premium of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid:

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Market Disruption (a) If a Market Disruption Event occurs in relation to a Loan for any Interest Period, then the rate of interest on each Lender’s share of that Loan for the Interest Period shall be the percentage rate per annum which is the sum of:

  • Wage Rate Penalty Pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Code Section 1775, the Contractor shall forfeit to the County, as a penalty, the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25) for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each laborer, worker, or mechanic employed, paid less than the stipulated prevailing rates for Work done under this Contract, by Contractor or by subcontractors, in violation of the provisions of this Contract.
